Crazy About You stamp set

Just wanted to showcase some cards from the Stampin'Up! Leadership conference.  These cards all use Crazy About You stamp set and Hello You thinlits Big Shot Dies (15% off if you buy in a bundle) #138873 photopolymer $42.25.  There are 33 stamps in this set so you can say just about any greeting from "thinking of you to Happy Mother's day".  Very versatile greeting set.

TIP:  When cutting out the words "happy", "you", "hello" or "thanks" be sure to put a sheet of wax paper between the card stock and the thinlit.  I like to crank it through the Big Shot in one direction and then back again.  Then the words just literally fall out of the thinlit.  If you have one spot that is being stubborn, pull out a common sewing pin to push the image out.

I got to take a sneak peek at the February and March Paper Pumpkins in FL.  They would not let me take any pictures of them but I can describe them to you.  First off, they listened to us and they have improved the quality of them.  I am so much more impressed by them.  So impressed that I decided to re-activate my account.  I absolutely loved them.

The February Paper Pumpkin is 8 box bases that hold 8 accordian folded thank you notes with twine, photopolymer stamps and 2 ink pads.

The March Paper Pumpkin has 9 cards/envelopes, 3 different patterns, stamps, ink and pre-punched holes for sewing the greeting.  But do not worry about the sewing, it looks really easy and good practice if you are not a sewer.

Guest Speaker Jason Wright

Okay gang, I have returned from Sunny Orlando FL to this crazy New England snow land.  It was so nice to see so many successful Stampin'Up! demonstrators and presenters.  This was my first Leadership convention and I am super happy that I went.

One of my favorite parts of Convention was the guest speaker Jason Wright.  He had the whole audience of 1600 hundred in tears.  He had so many heart wrenching stories of how a hand written card/letter has inspired and changed lives.  Please know that your hand made cards and hand written letters can make a huge impact in someone's life just when they need it the most.  Keep up your traditions of sending out those cards and letters, ladies and gents.  Be sure to check out his books.
